Pinky brings several years of key experience to the role from prior positions in customer services, sales and marketing. In Canada Asia Connection,she oversees customer inquiries from initial client contact. Acting as a liaison between customers and suppliers across Asia, Pinky makes sure that the lines of communication remain open. She is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai and English.
Pinky began her career as a Customer Service Officer in Hong Kong where she served as the liaison to the Shipper/Consignee/Buyer, coordinating various aspects of an international business. Having served various industries in MNCs, she is very familiar with Asian Markets and cross culture communication which enable her to build strong,long-term relationships with customers whilst exceeding their expectations.
